• Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase.
• Please contact us if you need more time, as we are willing to accommodate our customers within reason.
• If customer does not contact or pay within 48 hours, a non-payment case will be opened with eBay.
• If you need to cancel the order, please contact us before the non-payment case is opened so we can cancel the order.

Shipping:

• We offer great combined shipping rates. Please request an invoice to take advantage of this offer.
• Items will ship within one business day of cleared payment. (M-F excluding holidays)
• Items will ship same business day if payment is received by 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
• We are not responsible for missing items if tracking shows items were delivered. Please contact your local mail carrier to resolve this issue.
• We do not currently offer international shipping. All international orders will be canceled.

 Return Policy:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unopened and unused (when applicable). Buyer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
