Our tube fenders are made from 1 ¾ .120 wall tube and 16 gauge plate steel .
We bend the tube with a quality bender that leaves no wrinkles,scratches,nicks,bings, or dings
The plate steal is cnc plasma cut to exacting dimensions for a tight clean appearance
Our kit comes complete with
2x 1 3/4 pre-bent tube
2x Fender skins with holes to secure the fender to the jeep pre-cut for ease of instillation
Our kit requires light to medium fabrication you will have to
weld grind cut fit and finish we supply the materials and
the patterns to make it easier but you will need the know
how to assemble.
