• Orders which are placed in Latvia and authorised will be despatched on the next working day.
• Incomplete or inaccurate shipping and/or billing information may result in delays to your order.
• We do not ship to P.O.Boxes.
• Orders are dispatched and will generally arrive within 2 - 3 working days within Latvia from the date that you place your order and make payment.
• Please allow up to 10 days for unforeseen circumstances. All items will require a signature, please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery.
• If no person is available to sign for your delivery then a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made.
• It is deemed your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question.

• We are able to accept returns on items in the original, brand-new condition (with tags attached) for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
