This motion sensor is a digital micro-control intrusion detector adopting Energy Accumulation Logical Processing&Random Dynamic Time Segmentation Technology. With precise columnar Fresnel lens, it can increase its energy receiving efficiency and sensitivity without false alarm. In conjunction with advanced software technology, it will make an accurate judgment between real intruder&interference factors that may cause false alarm. 3. Installation Guide

*  Don’t face hot/cold source
*  Avoid direct sunshine
*  Wired detector should be away from
*  high-pressure cable
*  Installation base should be stable
*  Installation base should not face to the
*  metal wall 

4. Dial Switch Description

The sensor can be set 3 types of operation modes as below:
a) Test Mode : Alarm will only be triggered again with above 5s interval from its first alarm. After triggered, it will send alarm elimination signal to the relevant device in at least 30s.
b) Power-save Mode : Alarm will only be triggered again with above 3min interval from its first alarm. After triggered, it will send alarm elimination signal to the relevant device in at least 3 minutes. (Factory default setting)
c) Code Mode : without any function
Jumper Setting:
This sensor has the following 3 types of pulse optional:
Pulse 1 : The detector gives an alarm when it checks one pulse.
Pulse 2 : The detector gives an alarm when it checks two pulses.
Pulse 3 : The detector gives an alarm when it checks three pulses.
The pulse count is higher and the sensitivity is lower, but can reduce false alarm. 

5. Wireless Network Register & Remove

a) Network Register: when entering the register status of master gateway,users can start the network register by continuously pressing the anti-tamper switch 3 times within 1.5 seconds. The internal LED blinks during registering,and off until finished register.
b) Network Remove:  when entering the remove status of master gateway,users can start the network register by continuously pressing the anti-tamper switch 3 times within 1.5 seconds.

6. Wireless Detector Alarm

Supports one status report, one device; once triggered, it will send status report to the devices in the set group.

7. Program 

a) Infrared Status Report: Binary Sensor Report When detecting the intrusion, sensor
will send Binary Sensor Report command to the devices in group 1;
b) Low Battery Report:Battery Report When woken up from sleep mode, the sensor will check the detector’s battery state. Once low voltage, sensor will send Battery Report command to the devices in Group 1 every hour;
c) Damage Report: Notification Report When its tamper switch is opened, sensor will send Notification Report command to the devices in Group 1.

NOTE: 
* An existing z-wave hub operating on the 868.4MHZ/908.4MHZ range is required (not included). Battery and double stick tape are not included.
* Please arm the motion sensor first, so when it is triggered, it will send alarm notifications to the hub.
