Beautiful, large, 1990's, tropical, parrot brooch..Made from layers of Laminated Cellulose Acetate..It measures approx. 4 1/2" X 1 1/4". The colors are bright, emerald green, yellow, black, and silver .. It has  V shaped heat mounted clasp , signed Lea Stein Paris.. Gorgeous color combination, in perfect condition..
