  Ingredients:  Colophonium (Rosin), Glyceryl Rosinate, Cera Microcristallina (Microcrystalline wax), Beeswax (Cera Alba), BHT, C.l 77891, (Titanium Dioxide) C.L, Paraffinum Liquidum Mineral Oil. 

  How to use: Heat wax to 50°C/120°F to produce a honey like texture. Then lower temperature on warmer to lowest setting and wait about 10 minutes. Test the wax’s temperature on your wrist before applying. First, prepare your skin for waxing using prepil starpi gel (for best results). Apply the wax in the direction of hair growth. Leave to cool, then carefully but firmly peel off the wax, pulling it back parallel to your skins surface in the opposite direction to hair growth.

According to Royal Mail’s policy, an item is not considered lost until 15 business days. If you do not receive your parcel please contact us within 15 working days after dispatch date. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

We check all our products before dispatch however, there is a minor chance that items are damaged during transportation therefore, we will offer you the replacement of a defective or damaged item. 

In any case of experiencing a problem, you should contact us and inform us of the problem within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel. Please provide a valid picture of any damaged product to assist with replacement. 

7 day refund policy. We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need. Therefore, if you are not happy with this product, you may return it to us within 7 calendar days. The returned item must be in its PERFECT AS NEW CONDITION & PACKAGING, and all ACCESSORIES must be included. The buyer will also be responsible for the return postage, so therefore it is advisable to use a trackable service, the tracking number is required after postage for us to monitor the parcel which you have sent back. If for some reason you receive an incorrect item which was not ordered by you and was a mistake on our part, we will exchange the item for you at no cost to yourself. Please email us informing us of any returns before sending back, to see if any problems can be resolved without the need to return the item.
