SHIPPING

• We just ship to the verified address.
• We offer free shipping by USPS First-Class Mail. It takes 2 to 6 business days to arrive depending on your location.
• You may choose another shipping service for fast shipping time. Please note other shipping services rather than USPS First-Class would be charged.
• Please allow us one business day to ship your order. However, most orders before 3 PM are shipped in the same day. We cannot ship during weekend and holidays.
• Please kindly note that the delivery day depends on your local post office. It may be delayed according to weather, holidays, etc.
• We do not ship internationally now.

RETURN

• You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for the full refund. The item must be returned in its original shipped condition, including all original packing materials. Buyer will pay the return shipping fee.
• If the item arrived damaged, please contact us and provide the photos within three days after receiving the item. We will send the replacement if it is in-stock or full refund. Even if after the first three days, please also contact us, we would work with you in resolving the issues.
