What Does This Mean :
Refurbishment / Re-manufactured
It is the distribution of products (usually electronics and electricals) that have been previously returned to a manufacturer or vendor for various reasons. Refurbished products are normally tested for functionality and defects before they are sold.The main difference between "refurbished" and "used" products is that refurbished products have been tested and verified to function properly and are thus free of defects while "used" products may or may not be defective. Refurbished products may be unused customer returns that are essentially "new" items or they may be defective products that were returned under warranty and resold by the manufacturer after repairing the defects and ensuring proper function.
- Seller Refurbished- In this type items are fully tested and remanufactured by Seller itself. If product is sold with Seller Refurbishment buyer will have to approach seller and seller will help for Repair/Damage/Defective only within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Manufacturer Refurbished- In this type items are fully tested and re manufactured by manufacturer. Please note that since the item is imported from U.S. some manufacturers may not honor the warranty in India.
Open Seal :
Seal Open items are basically unused devices that carry the original seal and these devices once again go through quality checks.
Box Changed :
Original box is replaced with new box as due to handling original packaging is having marks of handling.
Voltage :
The voltage standard in the United States is 110v-120v and in India it is 220v-240v. As we import some of our products from the United States these products may come with a standard US voltage depending on the product and manufacturer. We advise you to check the voltage of the product prior to plugging in the item. If you are unsure you can also contact us and we will obtain the information for you. If your product is 110v you must purchase a step-down voltage converter which can be purchased at our eBay Store or any local electrical store in your area.iZiffy_Store is not responsible for any electrical damages failures loss of performance of such products and/or their accessories.
Video Format :
Some of our items are NTSC whereas others are PAL/NTSC. If the item is NTSC then you will require a PAL to NTSC converter for use in India. If you are not sure please check with us about the particular item that you are interested in. iZiffy_Store is not responsible for any technical failures loss of performance of such products and/ or their accessories.
Shipping :
All items sold by us on eBay are shipped from the USA. Since the product is imported for you we require 8 - 15 Business Days to deliver the item to you. Certain items may require a longer lead time. We will inform you in advance if your order requires additional time for delivery. Once the item is custom cleared it will be handed over to a local courier partner like Bluedart for domestic shipping in India. In 10 days we will provide you either a domestic courier tracking number or a docket number so you can track the status of your item.
We partner with various domestic courier companies like Bluedart DTDC etc to serve our customers PAN India. BlueDart is our preferred courier partner as they provide the best service in India. If your area is so remote that it is not served by any courier in our network we may ask you to provide an alternative address for delivery or may cancel your order. Return Policy :
If you receive damaged or defective product we will provide you a refund or replacement. We will either arrange a free pickup or re-imburse you for courier charges in such cases. Return shipping for any other reason are buyer responsibility. Before return or replacement we strongly request you to provide images of item which you have received.
Please Note :
Following cases are NOT eligible for return or replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Any Electronic items which is opened or damage by your side
- Any product that is returned without the original packaging including the box and all other items originally included with the product.
- Return for convenience or wrong product selection by buyer.
- If Items are Manufacturer Refurbished so we are NOT liable to take any action on that.
Any return request need to be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. Otherwise we are not able to cancel your item. Please note that items are imported from USA therefore return is not possible in all cases. BooyahNext reserves the right to decline a return or replacement request.
Cancellations :
Any cancellation request must be submitted via email through the eBay messaging system within 24 hours after your order placed. iZiffy_Store will not entertain any requests for cancellation after 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed and is in transit we may not be able to cancel it.
Insurance :
All our products are insured for damages/loss in transit till they reach your doorstep. If you receive an open or tempered package please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
