I post every weekday, cut off time for payments is 1pm (10 am on a wednesday due to early closing times of the post office) If payment is made before this time your item will be posted the same day, if payment is made after this time it will be posted to you the next working day. Dispatch notifications are sent straight to the email account you have registered with ebay, please check this email account for updates on the status of your purchase.

I always obtain a certificate of posting and tracking number. Please always check with your local sorting office if a parcel is awaiting collection for you as all items require a signature on delivery and it may be that you missed your postman when delivery was attempted.
If your item has not arrived within 15 days (within the UK) a claim will be made through Royal Mail for compensation, a replacement will be sent if one available, if replacement items are not available a refund will be issued once compensation from Royal mail has been received.
