NO RESERVE!!!  Original MSRP $100,000+++ - This is a 1992 NEVE V55 Broadcast Console (with PDF manual from AMS-Neve included).  If you've been looking for a Neve that you won't have to mortgage your home for, then this is it.  You won't see a console this nice come around very often.  The other beauty of this board is that it's only about 5 1/2' wide and about 40" deep (with stand/legs built in).  I'm ONLY selling this because I have a space issue in my current office that was supposed to be resolved (ie. I was going to swap to a bigger room in the same complex and that isn't going to happen after all).  I bought this console from a tv station where it was in full working order.  The console was just recently pulled in the last few months because the station is downsizing.  The only real action that this console has seen are live feeds of different programming from tv networks (I've left them all still labelled).  The console has 32 mono strips (15 with canned belclaire type trannies for a mic pre and 17 line) and 4 stereo strips totalling 40 channels.  I have one spare mono channel strip with mic pre tranny.  Their is an extensive eq on the 32 mono strips and 2 comp/limiters built in to the right of the 4 stereo strips.  Their is no wear to the armrest.  There is some open space on the right side for 3-5 patchbays!  This thing is loaded with P&G faders (the fader caps were off in the pics for transport, but they are included.  All the back panels are included, but aren't shown in the photos.  The photos of the back of the console are with the panels removed.  The power supply and gigantic cable are included as well (the mixer can operate at 110 or 220.  Currently the console is set to 110.  Unlike every big console you look at, this mixer has already been wired to XLR terminations on all the ins/outs (not on panels, but on 6ft or so of cabling with xlr ends).  I picked the console up and moved it to a climate controlled storage and was never even able to test it all out because it won't go thru the doors and hallways of my current office.  I will power it up tonight and try to check some basic functions at the storage facility, but there is not enough juice there to fire up a monitoring system, so I won't be able to really test it all out.  I will welcome any and everyone that is interested to come and check the console out for yourself!  My name is Erick and I would encourage you to call me if you have any questions 405-570-4745.  I will gladly meet anyone on any day to show them the console.  One of these sold untested without a power supply from Odyssey Sound for $5000 about 6 years ago, so this is going to be a heck of a deal for someone.  Obviously, I'd like you to come pick this up locally, but if you choose to go the freight route, then it will all be up to you to handle the details.  The console is 20 years old and for obvious reasons is sold 'as is'.

UPDATE 2/23/12:  I switched out photos 5-12 with some really bad photos taken from my iphone today.  I did this because these photos show areas of interest a little better than the original pics.  As well, pics 5-12 were taken with the console powered up.  Here's the newest info I have:  I fired up the console today for the first time since I picked it up and she powered right up!  I left the console on during my whole lunch hour today as a went through the cabling to count the XLR terminations.  There are about 55ish XLR INs (ie. XLR female) and roughly 15ish XLR OUTs (ie. XLR male).  The INs are for the channel strips (mic and line) and AUXs.  The OUTs are for the AUXs and Master OUTs etc...  There are still some wired Ins and OUTs that have no XLR terminations that you can see in the photos (The great thing is that they are there just waiting for a connector!  Plus ALL of the wiring/snakes/fans are labelled on EACH wire!!)  Pic #12 will show you what the back of the console will look like when it has it's back panel covers on.

I noticed that there are a few of the square channel 'on' lamps (on the strips) that have the bulb burned out.  I think a few little LEDs/lights might be out on a few of the EQin switches.  There appears to be a problem with the pfl lamp (or switch) on channel 13 and a P&G metering some type of light intermittent signal on channel 8 (I think that was the channel).  Also, the right side plastic is just slightly separated from the frame and could easily just be adhered back to it.  I don't know if the lamps are hooked up on the VU meters, but none of them were on.  Lastly, I noticed that I'm missing the last 2 black P&G fader caps on channel 31 & 32.

At random I picked at least a half a dozen mic inputs and plugged a dynamic mic in, dialed in some gain and they all registered perfectly on the P&G led meters (also, the labelled XLR ins lined up as stated on the console)!  This is about all the testing I've been able to do so far, but I feel really confident that the console is going to be a real worker!  Again, feel free to call me if you have questions or want to come by.  My name is Erick 405-570-4745
