Orders usually will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. We ship with U.S. Postal Service and protection fee is recommended as we are not responsible for the items that are damaged or lost in delivery.

If you order more than one item, we are happy to offer discount combined shipping. We are sending your order through shipping address which confirmed by PayPal. We are not responsible for any returned package by incorrect address and unclaimed package. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days (US only), please do not hesitate and feel free to contact us.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what theses additional cost will be prior to bidding/buying.

Return Policy:

Items can be returned only if it is factory sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Defective items can be returned for replacement only and we must be noticed within 7 days after the date of delivery.

Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Return items must be unused and undamaged. We will inspect the returned items before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
