All purchases are made to order and we endeavour to despatch your items within 2 days of receiving your cleared paypal payment. Orders are despatched through Royal Mail via their 1st class delivery service.

Here at Kustom Design & Print, we take pride in our work and offer a fast, friendly and efficient service. All of our T Shirts and other items are made to order and we can assure you that every care is taken at each stage of the process from selecting top quality items through to the design and finally, the printing of the garment itself. All artwork is our own and has been inspired by the subject matter depicted on each of the items we sell.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.  However, in the unlikely event of a problem materialising, please contact us in the first instance and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue in a professional and courteous manner. As all of our goods are printed to order, returns are only deemed acceptable if there has been a quality issue.  In this instance we will either refund or replace the faulty item at our expense, provided the goods are returned to us unworn / unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure you check sizing guides before making a purchase as postage costs will not be refunded and any replacement postage costs are to be met by the buyer.
