We make our Self-tie bow ties fixed neck length with four sizes to choose from:
Small (14"-14.5") Medium (15"-16.5") Large (17"-18.5") X-Large (19"-20") The Pre-tied bow ties have an adjustable white cotton twill band and will fit neck sizes 14-20 inches. Can be made longer, if needed

Every bow tie is made with great care to insure the highest quality. Due to the patterns on certain fabrics, ties may vary slightly from the picture.
Self-tie bow ties: Dry cleaning is recommended to maintain the bright colors but it can be machine washed in cold water and dried on medium heat. Iron with spray starch to give it a crisp look. Pre-tied bow ties: Spot clean only.
