About This Item

"I used to look in the papers every day for your obituary."

This great display consists of a scene from the 1997 Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies together with the signature of Teri Hatcher who played Paris Carver in the film. Paris Carver is the wife of media baron Elliot Carver. While Bond and Paris had a previous relationship, Bond left after he thought she was becoming too close to him. Paris' love scene with Bond is very sensual, an act that seals her death by Carver. Bond is clearly upset when he finds Paris dead, as she was one of only a small number of women who he emotionally cared for.Tomorrow Never Dies is named after the Tomorrow newspaper, which Elliot Carver uses to report his underhanded operations to the world. Carver has several bases of operation: his media centre and printing presses in Frankfurt, the the new CMG skyscraper in Saigon, and his stealth ship.

Pierce Brosnan leaps into action as Agent 007 in the 18th film of the highly popular Bond movie series. When a British warship is mysteriously destroyed in Chinese waters, the world teeters on the brink of World War III - until 007 zeros in on the true criminal mastermind. Bond's do-or-die mission takes him to Elliot Carver (Jonathan Pryce), a powerful industrialist who manipulates world events as easily as he changes headlines from his global media empire. After soliciting help from Carver's sexy wife, Paris, Bond join forces with a stunning yet lethal Chinese agent, Wai Lin, in a series of explosive chases, brutal confrontations and breathtaking escapes as they race to stop the presses on Carver's next planned news story: global pandemonium!

Autograph City are memorabilia collectors who specialise in the sale of authentic entertainment autographs and genuine animation cels. We are UACC Members Number 7275 and provide a Certificate of Authenticity with every item that we sell and a lifetime guarantee. We were previously UACC Registered Dealer 273, but as a result of not receiving our fees reminder our status has lapsed - we confirm that we are reapplying and hope to be reinstated as UACC Reg Dealer 273 shortly.  In the meantime, rest assured that there is nothing sinister behind the lapse in our status, we have an unblemished complaints record - and our status lapsed purely due to the fees issue.

We began collecting autographs in 1988 and as our collection grew we gradually branched out into sales. We are now proud to have one of the most impressive stocks of autographs and animation cels in Britain. Whilst we are new to ebay we have now been selling on the internet for 4 years. Within months of beginning to trade on-line we were awarded Star Seller status on another auction site. We have sold hundreds of items on that site alone, receiving numerous compliments about both the quality of our pieces and our service.

We regularly attend Premieres, Personal Appearances, Signings and Conventions. Living in the United Kingdom can make it difficult to obtain genuine signatures of top American stars who seldom venture to these shores. Whilst we attend as many American conventions as we can, we also have arrangements with some of the top autograph dealers and animation galleries in the world. Read the authenticity section to see what is special about these suppliers. All of which means we can bring you, our customers, the best authentic memorabilia available!
