AVAILABLE POSTAGE SERVICES & DISCOUNTS
UK Buyers. Because all our items are "Free Postage" ebay software only allows us to refund any postage we have saved due to combined multi-purchases after the item has been paid for. Generally, if the value of combined multi-item purchases is more than £20 we use the saved postage on the 2nd item discount to send the combined parcel by Royal Mail "recorded delivery" with any further combined item attracting a further £1 discount per item.
Non-UK buyers. Because we do not have free postage for our international mail and the Royal Mail's pricing structure is very different for international postage our pricing structure for that mail is also different. Please see posting details at the end of this listing for international postage prices.
(Back to top) | GOODS AND POSTING GUARANTEES. We post your item the same working day of receiving your payment if received before 3pm. (we are always closed Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays). If you do not receive your item after 3 working days of receiving by e-mail our "payment received” notification please phone Stuart between 10.00am & 4.00pm Mon. to Fri. on 01924 380614. Unlike most other sellers a refund is always given for the full selling price including postage and should you need to return your item/items within 14 days of purchase for whatever reason and whether you have a replacement or a refund, we will pay for the return postage equivalent to the postage service you requested for deliver of the item to yourself. With regard to damaged items we may ask for a scan or photo of the damage to save time and money replacing the item. Under the distance selling Regulations most "Buy it Now" UK & EU buyers have a legal right within seven days to cancel the sale and if they have received the item to return it to the seller if it is in the same condition as the buyer received the item.
