Although we do carry a decent stock of decals, most are cut to order,however we aim to have your order processed,cut,packed and ready for delivery between 24-48 hours,most times same day !

You have the option of how your items are delivered to you at the checkout:

1- Royal Mail 2nd class ( standard delivery method for U.K  ) FREEPOST TO THE U.K ONLY
2- Royal Mail 1st class ( if you need it quicker ) + £1.00
3- Royal Mail Signed For ( if you need extra insurance ) + £1.70

  

 

RETURN POLICY

The greatest of care and time is taken when making and supplying your decals however in the event that you are not satisfied with your item we can always help wherever possible.
The first thing we would encourage is that you CONTACT US immediately to inform us that there is a problem, that way we can try to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
We offer a 7 DAY full refund on all of our items in store with the exception to personalised decals (unless the error is ours then the full refund will still apply to you)as these are custom cut and cannot be resold to anyone else generally, this then makes them unsalable.
We are unable to refund return postage when making refunds, however depending on the reason for return, you may not need to return the item at all, and a replacement set will be sent out. (This is decided in house and on a case by case basis)
We would ask that before people decide to leave neutral or negative feedback for us, they please contact us first.
We are honest people and very approachable, we would like to know if people are not happy with their experience in buying from us, and how we can improve upon our services and products.

Postage & Delivery

All postal charges can/will change without notice on this site, it is the buyer's responsibility to check and select appropriate postage methods from a list provided to them.
If an incorrect method of postage is selected by the buyer, we can/will make necessary changes to the postage charges to ensure we do not incur further costs due to the incorrect choice being made.

Distance Selling Regulations

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 are designed to protect customers who are not physically present with the seller at the time of purchase. They cover purchases made via email and the internet, together with telephone and mail order.

They only apply to transactions between businesses and consumers (individuals acting outside the course of their business) and do not include business-to-business contracts and auctions.
Under the regulations, consumers have the right to:
•details in writing about the supplier and the terms of the transaction
•written confirmation of their orders
•further information, including a notice of cancellation rights, the complaints procedure, after-sales services and guarantees
•delivery within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
Consumers have a cooling-off period of seven working days in which to cancel the contract, starting from when the goods are received, without having to give a reason. If no details of the cooling-off period have been given by the supplier to the consumer, it is extended to three months.
The right to withdraw can be exercised by the consumer even after the goods have been delivered, or the services have been provided. The consumer is entitled to receive a full refund for a cancelled contract within 30 days.

Refunds & Returns

We accept and will refund in full, excluding the cost of return postage to us which shall be paid by the buyer, all items as a return within a 30 day period providing the following:

•   They are in good saleable condition, as they were supplied.
•   They were not a custom made to order item that was made to the customers own instructions.

Our site changes regularly

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
