Each order is supplied with 2 sets of little plastic valves which neatly fit into the side of each sole. Already fitted are the squeaky valves which make the boots squeak, and in the box is a pair of squeak stopper valves to make the shoes silent.

Combined Postage

We will combine postage costs. Only £1 per additional pair sent within the UK and £1 for Republic of Ireland and Europe / EU.

Our carriers

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners. If there is no-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card will be left to advise of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a collection or schedule a new delivery date.

Please note that a signature may not always be required.

Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.

Items have a 28-day 'approval' period. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the complete product undamaged in an unused "as new" condition within 28 days of the date of receipt.

All returns should be accompanied by a completed return form or your packing slip or invoice.

Please get a proof of posting from the Post Office, this is free and enables you to claim to Royal Mail for any loss. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, refunds or exchanges will be given when the item has been received and checked.

Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. This is very rare as all products are checked before dispatch.

Very occasionally shoes are lost in the post, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent but first ask you wait two weeks from the date of dispatch to allow us time to investigate with the delivery company and be certain the original item was in fact lost.

Refunds are normally processed within a week from the date we receive your return by PayPal. Any monies refunded are for the costs of the goods only.

Exchange

We pride ourselves in our exchange policy and do not charge any additional postage to exchange items.

If you would like an exchange please state the product you would like to exchange for, including the item number. ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK, if we do not have your requested item we will contact you to arrange another style or action a refund for you. We offer free postage to send the new item to you, all you need to pay is the postage to return the item to us.
