Hobby Components are a genuine UK VAT registered company based in the East Midlands and all our stock is held on-site for dispatch within 24 hours. Please be aware of other sellers advertising to be based in the UK when they are not.
VAT
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT, and we issue a VAT invoice with all orders. If ordering outside of the EU, you will not be charged VAT but you may have to pay import duties applicable to your country.

Returns
Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt of item to arrange returns. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately using the eBay messages system, giving a description of the problem, and if possible attach photographs of the item and packaging. This will allow us to process your return as quickly as possible. We cannot reimburse postage costs for items returned via a courier service. If your question is regarding an order not received, please note that we have to allow the full delivery time required by Royal Mail (please see chart above). If you purchased from our eBay store, please contact us through eBay messages. Opening of cases on either eBay or PayPal without first allowing us time to reply to standard messages will result in your account being blocked. You will be required to fill in a claim form for non-deliveries.
