We want our customers to be happy so we offer the best prices
possible on the products we sell and have specific return policies that
allow us to keep our prices so low. The following conditions apply for
returns/refunds:
- Timeline:
Please inspect the item when it arrives to be sure it meets your
expectations as returns are only allowed within 7 days of you receiving
the item. After 7 days, returns are not accepted. If
you decide to return the item within the 7 days, please email us or call
us at 1-877-888-7426 to inform us you are returning the item and the
reason for the return. This way we can make the appropriate note on
your original transaction to ensure your return is handled accurately
and efficiently.
- U.S Buyers: If you are shipping at item back to us from the USA, please ship it by USPS and mark on the box "Return to Canadian Seller" and mark the value at $10. If the value indicated is higher than $10 and brokerage or duty are applied, these amounts will be deducted from your refund.
- Condition of returned items:
The item must be in the original packaging and show no signs of use.
Items that have been used or that are missing pieces or original
packaging will not be accepted under our returns policy.
- Refund calculation:
We will refund the selling price of the item less a restocking fee of
10%. All shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the
buyer. We do not accept returns that are shipped COD. You are responsible for loss or damage occurred during shipping returned items back to us.
- Refund example:
Your original purchase was a gift for a family member and was $150 plus
$12 for shipping, a total of $162. You find out that the family member
already has that item and you have had the item for 6 days. You
contact us and return it on the 7th day with all original packaging and
un-used. Your refund would be $150 less 10% ($15) and would total $135.
- Exceptions: If
you receive an incorrect item (eg. You receive a right handed golf club
instead of a left handed golf club). We will work with you to resolve
the mistake by either: Offering a partial refund if you decide to keep
the item, exchanging the item with the correct item, or refunding you
once the item is returned to us in the original un-used condition.
If an item arrives damaged:
- Be sure to have the delivery person mark on the bill of lading or signature area that the item was damaged in shipping.
- Keep all packaging to ensure the claim can be processed.
- Please contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue, 1-877-888-7426.
- Send a detailed description with digital photos (if possible) to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- We will issue a claim number to you within 48 hours and do our best to help resolve the situation with the shipping company.
- In general, we will offer a partial refund if a claim is
processed and you decide to keep the item, ship a new item once the
claim is processed, or, offer a refund once the claim has been
processed.
Note to Canadian Buyers We will send an invoice through eBay within 12 hours of this item selling. Please wait for the invoice to ensure accurate taxes, and timely shipping of your items.

PayPal is preferred since it is fast, convenient, and allows us to ship as soon as you pay (We can only ship to your confirmed PayPal address if you pay by PayPal). We also accept Visa and MasterCard (shipping address must match your credit card billing address). We also accept the following methods of payment at our store in Waterloo, Ontario: Certified Cheque, Bank Transfer (Please
contact us for our account number) and Cash. We cannot accept Personal Cheques.
Feedback Policy
WeSellit will leave you feedback once the item is paid for in full. If you are satisfied with the transaction we encourage you to leave us positive feedback. If you have any issues or concerns with the product, and are considering leaving negative feedback, please contact us first. Negative feedback is usually the result of a miscommunication that can easily be resolved with either an email or a telephone call.
Payment must be received within 7 days of auction ending. After 7 days a non-paying bidder report will be filed to recover costs from eBay and the item may be relisted.
To keep our prices as low as possible, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is a warranty, the details are shown in the above eBay listing. We do not exchange, replace, or service Products and do not offer refunds. If you have made a deposit, it is non-refundable unless the Product(s) does not arrive within 30 days of the expected delivery/shipping date.
