In order to receive a shipping discount all items must be paid for on ONE, SINGLE INVOICE. PROBLEMS

All new parts (exceptions are listed below) carry a No Questions Asked return policy for thirty days.  This means if you have a problem with the product, you have thirty days to return it regardless of the problem!  You must call, email, or fax us for a return authorization number.  All returns without this number will be refused.  All nondefective, returned parts may be subject to a restock charge and S&H will not be refunded. If an item was listed w/free S&H actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from refund. Electrical parts, and used parts are sold as is and are not returnable.  Defective parts and miss-ships will be replaced at our cost.
