This is an e-bay STORE and NOT a flea market. You don’t go into your local store and ask them to take $20 for a pair of pants that are selling at $24.99 so please, if you don’t see “make an offer” in this listing, that means it’s already listed at its lowest selling price and I won’t be selling the item for less.

ITEM RECEIVED DAMAGED or RECEIVED WRONG ITEM - If this happens, please contact me immediately so that I can rectify the situation. I would never intentionally send you the wrong item so please give me the chance to correct the problem BEFORE leaving feedback.

COMBINED SHIPPING & HANDLING - I combine shipping and handling when you make ONE payment. It costs me more for each payment that you send me through Pay-pal.  So if you make more than one payment I can NOT give you a refund. Make sure you ask for an invoice BEFORE paying for your package. If you are an international customer and the listing requires you to make immediate payment on the items that you are purchasing, feel free to contact me first so that I can edit those listings so that they don’t require immediate payment. Then I can combine shipping and handling for you. I charge all my customers what it actually costs to ship an item plus a 50 cent handling fee for the package (not per item).

SHIPPING ADDRESS – Please make sure that the address on your Paypal payment is where you want your package to be delivered to. I print my labels automatically and I do not type in addresses. You can set up different “ship to” addresses on your paypal account so that you can send gifts to other people directly but that needs to be done BEFORE sending your payment. It can only be shipped to the address on the payment!

SUPPLIERS – I purchase my items from various reputable retail stores as well as outlet stores. I do NOT sell knock-offs and have no interest to sell or buy them.

Please do not ask what store I got a particular item from. Although some brands are obviously sold only in particular stores, I do not reveal my sources.

“SELECT OPTIONS” – Many of my listings are auctions that you choose the color, size, etc. If you aren’t able to select the one that you want, that means that I do not have it. Many people will buy whatever color is listed and then contact me and tell me to send them a different color. I can’t ship them what I don’t have.

 CANCELING A PURCHASE – As stated in e-bay’s policy, once you hit “buy it now” you have committed to a contract to pay for the item and you are obligated to follow through with that purchase. However, I do realize people make mistakes so I will cancel it. However,  I must charge you $3 to cancel it to cover the fees that I don’t get returned and the time and expense to relist the item(s).

DELIVERY TIME – I ship packages every business day (unless stated that I am on vacation). The estimated delivery date is based on e-bay’s prediction of when it will arrive. I can NOT control the postal service. Your tracking number is on your e-bay’s purchases page to the right of the item that you purchased. You can click onto that to get information about where you package is.

FEEDBACK – The main reason that I do not leave feedback first is because I have a lot of customers who simply don’t want feedback left for them because they don’t want the world knowing what they purchase. They can be people who are buying items to resell or simply people who are buying “intimates”. Because I pay for a feedback service to leave feedback, (which saves me tons of money and time), I choose to have it left after it has been left for me (for the main reason above). It is not meant to be a threat to force you to leave it for me first. It’s simply to protect the wishes of my customers who wish to have their purchases private. If you wish for me to leave it for you first, then contact me after you pay and I’ll be glad to manually do that for you.

EXCLUDED COUNTRIES – Due to the fact that a lot of my packages shipped to your countries seem to “disappear” in the customs offices, I will no longer ship packages there.

RETURN POLICY – Some items do NOT qualify for returns such as lingerie items, bathing suits and bedding, due to hygiene issues (for everyone’s protection). So please READ the return policy in each listing.

International Customers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

If you do not pick up your package and it gets returned to me, I cannot be held responsible for that. I’ve already lost the cost of shipping the item to you in the first place so I will not reship the item or refund you for that.
