GolfProGear have been trading since 2009, although the owners have been in the golfing industry for the past 25 years.

GolfProGear operate from the UK mainland, supported by e-Commerce websites and our eBay UK store where we list most of our products for customers to bid, buy now and compare prices. GolfProGear sell mainly to the UK and Europe but have recently extended to sales to the USA, Canada and Australia.

14 Days from Receipt Returns, No Quibble Returns Policy

GolfProGear operate a 14 day returns policy to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Any item purchased from GolfProGear may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of the dispatch date, providing that the item still unused, unopened and in its original condition.

Please contact us first before you return any item.

Once item is received, it will be inspected and if confirmed unused unopened and in its original condition, we will exchange it or issue a full refund as per your request minus the initial postage cost.

Warranty:
Most garments/items come with a 12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your garment/item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay messaging service.

Make sure it is packed properly so that the contents are protected from any shipping damages. Please note that we will not accept returns for: Merchandise that is not in its original packaging and used, except in the case of manufacturers' defects. Return postage will be paid by buyer. Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail (ebay@golfprogear.co.uk), so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 24hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt you should return the item by a signed for service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our Return Department. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards. We do not entertain payment by personal or cheque.

By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address. So, please make sure you verify your address with PayPal to avoid any delays in processing your order.

Please note that paying by e-Cheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your e-Cheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

By Credit or Debit Cards - Please email us your name, full billing & delivery addresses and telephone number including details of the item you have purchased via eBay and we will contact you within 24hr to take a payment over the phone.

Shipping Information

Orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched on the same day. Any Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched within 1 working day. The Delivery service used is specified on the listing description.

You will receive an email via eBay to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries unless it is dispatched via Yodel/Parcelforce which you will need to allow no more than 3 days.

It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

As standard for UK posted items we offer a 15 day delivery promise. This means that if you do not receive your goods within 15 working days of shipment we will resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund. (Note: EU and the Rest of the World is 21 working days)

Large and/or expensive items are usually dispatched via Yodel/Parcelforce UK Next Day Delivery Service.
