Payment & Shipping
At the moment we only accept Paypal, : you can pay by card.
All our items are well packed and generally sent within 24 hours of payment during working hours Mon-Fri. Royal Mail items are sent 1st Class, Recorded or Special Delivery. Large heavy items are sent using TNT.
Returns
Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Unwanted used or opened goods purchased will not be refunded due to hygiene and cross contamination.
