Please feel free to download and print the information contained in our shop and listings for your own use. However the intellectual property rights remain with us and as such the information cannot be reproduced or distribute without our prior written consent.
Product availability
We will never knowingly list a product for sale that is out of stock, other than on special promotional "pre-delivery" offer listing. If for any reason we are unable to supply a product ordered, then a substitute product will be offered. Should you decide not to accept the substitution offered, then a full return will be made.
Signing for your Goods on Delivery
Upon delivery of goods please check them carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. If you receive a parcel which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please REFUSE delivery and contact us.
Return Guarantee
It is sometime possible that over the internet you may choose a product that is not right for you. So to assist with this, we are pleased to offer a money back guarantee on all products. If you change your mind for any reason at all, just return the product to us in a satisfactory condition, in its original packaging and at your cost we must be notified in writing of the intention to return within 7 days from the receipt of goods.
Refunds
Any refunds will be issues within 30 days of product return.
