The the most magnificent animal of the French forests, was hunted by the kings of France. I created a hunting Hat for such occasion. The large stag adorns the front, taffeta ribbon in shades of light green, an ombre effect ribbon, a small tiara crown, tiny pompom trim on the base with gray lace, velvet ribbon on the crown, and on the brim chinese knot beige trim. Hat is made of a gray velour. Long ties hang from the back. Pheasant feathers on the side..
Hat has a stretchy black band attached to it. If you wish a head band, please inquire as to selection and price. The structure of the hat, is not flat, is plush and delicate.
As a professional florist, I balance color and textures with a new twist, giving a new life to many re-cycled textiles, yet maintaining the 'old world' traditions in hat making.
