International Buyers: We do not ship to Russia, Nigeria, or Germany under any circumstances
- Canada: All orders shipping to Canada will be charged a flat-rate of $25, regardless of order size
- All other countries: All orders shipping to any destination outside U.S/Canada will be charged a flat-rate of $36, regardless of order size
Items shipping outside the U.S. will ship via either USPS Global Priority, USPS Express, DHL or FedEx, depending on order size and destination. If you need to know which service we would use for your particular order please email us. If you need an order shipped via a specific carrier, email us prior to making your purchase. Requests for shipment via a specific carrier or mail class may incur additional charges beyond our normal flat-rate amounts.
For larger orders, or if delivery time-frame is important, we offer very competitive discounted FedEx rates; email for a quote ($19/$25 flat-rate does not apply to any requests for expedited shipping options, such as FedEx).
Please note (International buyers only): Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Returns: All sales are final. Returns are accepted within 14 days, but only if an item arrives damaged, or there was an error in the item description. Due to health concerns, we cannot restock cosmetics items. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns of items that have been used or 'tested' in any way. We provide the clearest pictures we can of every item we sell, but please be aware that many colors can appear slightly different from one computer monitor to another, so make sure you are ordering the correct shade.
