Plastic handle pulls up from back, turning the tote into a cart, and retracts when not in use. Holds an amazing amount of paper and supplies. There are pockets everywhere-on the outside: two big pockets on the narrow sides; a big zipper pocket in front, and behind it a zipped compartment that opens to even more pockets and two removable; see-through bags that fasten to the compartment with Velcro-style tape. The large, main compartment has pockets, too. Definitely ready to store paper, embellishments, tools, stencils and plenty of other essential supplies. Take it with you to scrap meets and craft shows and then store it all away when you get home. Dimensions: 17-inch wide by 15-1/2-inch high by 9-inch deep, with wheels/legs that protrude 2-1/2-inch from the bottom for a total height of 18-inch. Black.
