Below deck accommodations (bow to stern): Chain locker, forward cabin with large v-type

berths and storage. Head to starboard with toilet and sink as well as shower. To port is storage.

The main cabin is open and equipped with port and starboard settees and bulkhead mounted

table to starboard. The navigation station is to starboard and galley is to port. Engine is under

the companionway steps.

The interior of the vessel is lined in teak, laminates and veneers. Interior accommodations are

well finished and all cushions are professionally upholstered.

Electronics

The vessel's electrical system includes both 12-volt DC and 110-volt volt AC systems. The 12-

volt DC system includes two 12-volt DC batteries in two banks. Overcurrent protection is

accomplished through a ganged breaker panel and fuses. A three-position vapor proof 12-volt

DC master switch isolates the battery systems. Electrical wiring was noted to be insulated and

of the stranded type. The system is maintained through the engine alternator. The 110-volt AC

system is provided with main breaker and subsidiary breakers.

Mechanical/Systems

Auxiliary power is provided by a newly rebuilt Westerbeke 4-107 diesel engine with newly

rebuilt Paragon v-drive gear reduction box.

Deck Gear/Sails/Rigging

The vessel rigging and deck fittings were inspected at deck level only. Both standing and

running rigging were inspected by visual observation only.

The masts and booms, constructed of aluminum, were noted in good order. Standing rigging at

deck level only was inspected – no defects were sighted at the time of survey.

Both bow and stern rails, stanchions, deck cleats, chocks and genoa track were observed

secure. The main sheeting and traveler system, the two primary winches and the mast mounted

winch's were noted operational and will require only normal periodic proving and maintenance.
