Domestic Shipping Information:

We ship Monday thru Friday excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We offer FREE expedited shipping by USPS 2-3 day Priority service. However USPS does not guarantee this service. If you must have the item delivered sooner, we offer USPS Express one day service guaranteed for $20usd. In both cases a tracking number will be given.

 

Florida residents must pay 7% sales tax

We are a Florida registered business. We are required to collect the sales tax for the state.

 

International Shipping Information:

We use the Global Shipping Program (GSP) on EBay. As you go through the process of buying the item, you will be quoted both the Shipping Fee and the applicable Customs Tax pertaining to your country. These fees are payable when you complete the transaction. You will not have to pay any additional money to Customs when the item is delivered to you. You are also given the opportunity to not complete the transaction if you disagree with the charges. A tracking number will be given.

Note: Not all countries are eligible by GSP. In this case we will personally ship directly to those countries by using USPS Express service for a flat rate of $49usd. It is important that you understand and hereby agree that you are responsible for paying the applicable Customs Tax pertaining to your country upon receiving delivery of the item. A tracking number will be given. We have excluded some countries where we strongly feel shipping is not safe. In this case you will not be able to complete the transaction.

We accept PayPal payments only and require immediate payment.

 

RETURN POLICY DETAILS:
The item MUST be returned UNALTERED and in the same NEW condition it was originally delivered to the buyer including box, booklet(s) tag(s), etc. The return MUST be postdated within 14 days of delivery date to buyer.  A 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Shipping fee paid by the buyer is not refundable. All costs associated with the return, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please understand a refund will ONLY be issued under these guidelines without exceptions.
