Payment is due within 72 hours of purchase. If payment is not received within this time period, Ebay will automatically open a non-paying bidder case, and we no longer guarantee the availability of the item. The item does not belong to the customer until payment has been received.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer free shipping within the United States. Shipping methods are chosen at our discretion and may not be altered by the customer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge and payment must be received at time of checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders take additional time to process. Shipment will typically be prepared within 3-5 business days of payment. Fees associated with customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer, so please check with your country's customs office before making a purchase as these fees will not be included in our shipping charges.

We try our best to respond to all emails in a timely manner. Emails are typically answered within 24 hours, however, please allow up to two business days. Responses are not guaranteed on non business days.
SELLING POLICY:
To comply with high Ebay standards, domestic orders are typically processed within 24 hours and are dispatched to our warehouse immediately upon receipt of payment. Therefore, orders will not be modified once payment is received. Please ensure all information is accurate.
On occasion there may be additional quantities than those posted available in our warehouse. Should you need a larger quantity please contact us and a customer service representative will check on additional availability.
BEST OFFER POLICY:
Accepted Best Offers will be honored for 48 hours After the 48 hour time period, the price is no longer guaranteed.
Not all offers will be given a written response, however, all reasonable offers will be considered. Offers are limited to 3 per item. Offers on multiple items from a single buyer will be given more consideration.
DAMAGE/RETURN POLICY:
If an item is received in less than perfect condition, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us within 14 days of receiving the package. Damages reported after this time period has expired will not be guaranteed a refund or return approval. All damage claims must be accompanied by photos of the damaged item, packing list/shipping label, and original packaging.
