This listing is for "one" Vintage MacKenzie Childs trivet tile.  Use as a trivet or as home decor. This is an early piece and is distinctly different from others we have seen in that the actual size of "this" unframed piece is 8 inches square.  Weighs just over two Lbs. It is in the Courtly Check Design with roses on the white squares of the checkerboard pattern.  The edge is gold gilded and has very minor wear.  The backing is lined with thin cork to protect furniture if used as a trivet.  Other than the tad of wear to the gold edge, it is in remarkable condition considering it was produced as stamped in 1983 in Aurora, New York.  The stamp on the court is a bit difficult to read but the name MacKenzie Childs is there.
