Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange anything sold from our Ebay store as long as the goods are returned to us with your Ebay user name, contact details and the goods are in perfect, unused and new condition with original tags, packaging and box if applicable up to 31 days from the day of purchase, the buyer must pay all return postage costs.

UK Shipping

We use Interlink Express for most items apart from very light items such as clothing and small accessories which will go with the Royal Mail using the 'Tracked' service.

 

Interlink Express collect from us Monday to Friday at approximately 1pm and we always use the next working day service.

This is an approximate delivery time and with the best will in the world, sometimes it may take a touch longer. 

We use online tracking on every single item we send so if you think that an item should have been delivered and it has not, give us a call on 01872 321400 and we can find out exactly where it is for you.

With smaller items, we use the Royal Mail 'Tracked' service, normally delivered within 3 days of despatch.

European Shipping

We use DPD Europe for most items apart from very light items such as clothing and small accessories which will go with the Royal Mail using the 'International Signed For' service.

DPD collect from us via Interlink Express Monday to Friday at approximately 1pm and we always use the 'Road Shipping' service that normally gets you your purchase in 3 to 5 days.

This is an approximate delivery time and with the best will in the world, sometimes it may take a touch longer especially if customs slow things down. 

We use online tracking on every single item we send so if you think that an item should have been delivered and it has not, give us a call on 01872 321400 and we can find out exactly where it is for you.

With smaller items, we use the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service, normally delivered within 10 days of despatch.

Worldwide Shipping 

For our worldwide shipping, we use the Royal Mail's 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For' service, shipping times vary dependant on the country as the Royal Mail hand the item to the local postal service in the destination country to finish the delivery. All deliveries are tracked and require a signature.
