     For "calculated shipping" items, the carrier listed is most likely the one we will use, however we reserve the right to choose an alternate carrier as needed. If an item MUST ship via a specific carrier PLEASE LET US KNOW.

     Returns or exchanges are accepted on most UNUSED items within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded, Items listed as "Free Shipping" still have a shipping cost factored into the price and this amount will be deducted from any refund exchange. In the event that a product is damaged or defective we will replace or refund the item in full. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on any food item.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
