Spring rates have been chosen to reduce front end dive during braking, yet still provide excellent ride comfort. Better yet, we warranty our fork springs for life! Progressive Rate Fork Springs have several advantages over straight rate springs. A Progressive Rate Spring has the advantage of a rising rate resistance to compression. The benefit of this is that the spring can be soft enough at the start of the travel to offer a plush ride, yet be firm enough at the end of the travel to soak up the big bumps.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Before purchasing aftermarket parts for your bike, please confirm that your motorcycle/ATV/UTV has USA-specified parts. If you have a non-USA unit, the manufacturer may have used different OEM parts to meet safety or emission requirements for your country. If this is the case, parts ordered from a USA retailer may not fit correctly. Compare the microfiche for the USA model to your model to be sure they are the same. Perf-moto is not responsible for fitment issues caused by non-USA models.
 
Sizing chart. If no size chart is shown above, please refer to the manufacturer's website. Sizing charts are for use as a guide only. To achieve a perfect fit, be sure to be sized prior to purchasing. We do have a return/exchange policy, but are not responsible for sizing chart errors.

Return Policy
All Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving item.

All merchandise purchased from PERF-MOTO is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturers packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused or charged a higher restock fee.

We ship your items in another box so please ship it back to us this way. If we did not ship in another box (for example: exhausts or seats), then you may send it back to us the same way. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging (unless we shipped it to you in the original manufacturers box) because this will damage the packaging. Please use a cardboard/postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to PERF-MOTO. We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

Returns: There is no restock fee unless item is not returned in original condition with tags etc. 

Exchanges:  Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost on exchanges (unless item came damaged, missing parts, or warranty issue.  

*Windscreens are not eligible for a return if any part of the packaging has been opened.
 
All taxes and/or duties for International shipping are responsibility of the buyer.   Unfortunately, we can not mark as gift or lower the value for international shipments.

Sales tax is collected for Michigan residents only. Michigan sales tax rate is 6%.

Shipping to the USA will be with FedEx ground, UPS, or USPS (United States Post Office). Shipping to all International countries will be shipped by either First Class International (20-42 days delivery and NO tracking) or USPS Priority Mail International (14-20 days delivery with limited tracking), or USPS Express Mail International (8-14 days delivery with detailed tracking).   We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier you picked in the checkout as long as you receive item in same or less shipping time.  

Combined Shipping Discount:*
We offer up to a 42% Shipping Discount if you purchase 2 items or more.  To qualify for the shipping discount, purchases must use the same shipping method and be paid at the same time. 

Discount example:  This example is if you buy 3 items but it works for any purchase of 2 items or more.  When you buy three items and the shipping charges are $20, $10, and $30, the total shipping cost to you is $30 + ($20 x 0.58) + ($10 x 0.58) = $47.80.  If you didn't get a discount you would have paid $60.00.    We use 0.58  to multiply the shipping rates which achieves the 42% off.  The highest shipping price will NOT be discounted but all the lower shipping prices will receive the 42% discount.  It doesn't matter in what order you buy the items on eBay.  Email us with questions.

*Most Slip-On, Bolt-On and Full System Street Exhausts, and Rims and other large box items do NOT qualify for the combined shipping discount.
 
If you address is a PO Box, FPO/APO, Alaska or Hawaii, we reserve the right to ship the item(s) USPS.

We will normally ship within 2-5 business days once payment has been verified.
We reserve the right to change shipping providers at any time.
All buyers are responsible for additional shipping and handling charges incurred due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address.
