For sale a set of 6 Fully reconditioned,ultrasonically cleaned Bosch fuel injectors to fit Various Turbo 6 cylinder engines.
In particular these proved great in VW VR6 Turbo/ Supercharger Upgrades, will also fit BMW Turbo'ed  M20/30/50 with mild Boost levels.
To answer some questions regarding VR6 usage, these will fit both versions 2.8 or 2.9 but the fuel pressure need to be addressed according
to your fuel map and your specification, either 3 bar or 4 bar.
These injectors will support 280BHP @ 3 bar pressure with 8 psi boost without major mods done ( apart from supercharger itself )
far greater outputs possible with 4 bar fuel pressure, 10psi boost , cooler and so on but can double the $$$ cost of  your build.

These injectors have upper  slot for the injector clip that secures it to a fuel rail, the clip must be used !!

A considerable time and effort was put into reconditioning these injectors,however some cosmetic imperfections maybe present on plastic part of the injector which has no affect on its operation.
You are buying a set of  6 reconditioned injectors that were stripped of all parts,carefully inspected (including coil winding resistance test) ,
degreased in special solution for parts cleaning,all traces of rust and old paint removed.
The injectors  then placed in one of two ultrasonic baths filled with cleaning agent specially designed for ultrasonic cleaning of petrol fuel injectors (made by CarbonZapp)
This whole process takes 40 minutes during which the injectors are connected to bench test machine ans constantly cycled on and off  to achieve the best results.
The cleaned set is then fully tested using test programs within bench test machine replicating operating conditions in the vehicle,various pressures and the spray patterns also tested.
All injectors that pass the test and within manufacturers specification reassembled using new quality parts(O-Rings,Pintle Caps,Basket Filters,ect.) this is followed by a fresh coat
of high Temp paint to prevent the injectors from rusting.
