Defective & Damage Merchandise:
In the unlikely situation that the item arrived damaged, please keep all original packaging and email uswithin 5-days of receiving your order. Please note that it takes between 5 and 7 business days to get a refund for a damaged item as we may need to inspect it. Don't throw away any packaging material; we need it to file insurance claims. I have received the wrong item; what should I do?
In the unlikely situation that we have sent the wrong item, please email us within 5-days of receiving your order; we will email you a prepaid FEDEX/UPS or USPS label so that you can return the item; once you have drop the package on the mail/carrier.we'll ship the correct item.
