The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. We are a used car dealership and the vehicles advertised on eBay are also advertised locally, and we reserve the right to sell the above listed vehicle locally. Please note that the vehicle advertised on eBay might be sold locally and we will make our best effort to remove the listing in timely manner if this is the case.
