DATING  /  DATIERUNG:   made circa  1908  - 1910

MATERIAL:     WHITE PORCELAIN, GLOSSY FINISH, FINEST PAINTING

TECHNIQUE:  HANDMADE PORCELAIN  

DESIGNED BY  /   ENTWORFEN VON:   MAX BOCHMANN    (1874  - 1942). 
                             The modeller  had studied at the School of Applied Arts in Dresden   (Germany).
                             He was active on behalf of Meissen manufactory as from the year  1911
                             when he became collaborator of Erich Hösel.  Bochmann retired in 1929.
                             The modeller was specialized on design of figurine groups, animal figurines
                             and children's figurines.
                             THE MODEL  Z  134  WAS CREATED  IN THE YEAR  1908.

                             Der Modelleur studierte an der Kunstgewerbeschule in Dresden.
                             Er war ab dem Jahr 1911  für die Meissener Manufaktur tätig, als er Mitarbeiter
                             von Erich Hösel wurde.  Bochmann ging im Jahr 1929 in Pension.
                             Der Modelleur spezialisierte sich auf den Entwurf von Figurengruppen,
                             weiters besonders auf Kinder - und Tierfiguren.
                             DIE MODELLNUMMER   Z  134   WURDE  IM JAHR 1908  GESCHAFFEN.

    --  the girl figurine  (look for example at its proportions or at its lovely features, please)   is of finest appearance, it is excellently modelled and the details are stunningly worked.
