Returns are acceptd for Buy-it-Now items only and we will only accept returns if items were notified and sent back to us within 14 days of purchase in brand new condition e.g. Unworn, Unwashed, Free of perfume and odours with tags/labels fully attached. Unless the items have manufacturing faults, customers are responsible for their own returning postage costs and all items returned will inccur a 20% charge which will be deducted from the total to cover all fees inccurred in the sale.
