Shipping
We aim to dispatch item within 24 hours Mon to Fri, Shipment via Royal Mail 2nd class Standard Delivery.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Delivery. Orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or during weekends and Bank/Public Holidays are dispatched the following working day. Once your product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note UK delivery time scale is normally takes 2-5 business days(Saturday and Sunday & Public holiday excluded), sometimes it could take longer than usual. So we request you to please wait until 15 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.
Terms of Sale
We are dedicated toward satisfied sale and if you have any problem with the product & delivery full refund will be provided. However returns must include all items undamaged, in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days. Please ensure that you include all the relevant details such as eBay ID, your email address, the item number and your full contact detail otherwise this will result in a delay or your return item not being processed. We cannot refund any postage for unwanted items or items ordered by mistake.
All faulty products must be reported within 7 working days of delivery. Any faulty items must be returned to us and we will cover the return of this carriage once the item is back with us. For damages or faulty item, we could ask you to email us photo if possible via ebay attachment or to kscbusinesslimited@gmail.com .
