Payment Payment should be received within 3 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. Shipping All our goods are original brand new products, Sourced direct from our UK suppliers. Your item(s) will be professionally & carefully packed in padded bags and despatched within 1-2 business days. We ship daily (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) from our warehouse by 1st class post. Typical delivery time is 3 to 4 working days. Multiple items may be sent in separate packages and as a result may not all be delivered on the same day. Shipping costs vary so please check the auction For the correct shipping amount. A receipt will be included with every purchase. |
Terms Please read my terms of sale prior to bidding. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.
Bidding: Please only bid on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We reserve the right to cancel a bid in these extreme circumstances. Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product
to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Feedback: We do hope you leave feedback for us, but for those who prefer to stay anonymous, our automated system will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us.
Lost Items: From time to time, items may be lost by Royal Mail. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
Faulty Items: All products are individually inspected before despatch to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, then please contact us for returns details. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be damaged or faulty. Please ensure that you include your purchase details and reasons for return with the item. Returns: To return an unwanted item which has been correctly supplied as per the auction listing, you must email us within 7-days of receiving the item so that we can provide correct returns procedures (under DSR). Please note that the item has to be returned in pristine, brand new, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging as you received it. Failure to do so will result in the item being rejected by our returns department and you will be liable for return costs back to you. All associated carriage/return costs are down to the buyer. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that items that been used, trialled or tested will not be accepted for return/credit. Any refunds due (less carriage costs) will be done via paypal. |
