PAYMENT

• I accept PAYPAL only. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal and you can pay with a credit or debit card.
• Please note that all payments should be completed within 5 days.

RETURNS

Please don't leave negative feedback.  Please contact me and I will try to fix any problem.

• Please notify within one week of receiving your order for a refund. Upon contact, further instructions will be given on the return procedure.
• Items are returnable within 30 days of shipping. (ie. if shipped to you on Jan 15th, if returning, it must be back by Feb. 15th).
• Returns by MAIL ONLY. If sent by courier, it will not be accepted.
• Please note that items must be returned in the original condition. Items will not be refunded if they are received damaged due to poor packaging on your part.
• Merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
• It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. I will not refund a returned item it it is lost in the mail.
• If you are returning an item from outside of Canada, please note that I will not be responsible for any customs fees, as they will be subtracted from your refund amount.
• Refunds are for the amount of item(s) purchased only.  Postage, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING

• Almost all items are mailed in boxes to reduce and hopefully eliminate damage during shipping. If you receive an item damaged or broken, please send me a message through the Ebay message system. In some instances it may be possible to email me a photo and I will simply send you a new item (if available) to save you the expense of returning a damaged item. 
• Canada Post rates are much higher than USPS rates. The shipping charges also include the cost of the envelope/box, fees to Ebay, label, bubble wrap, tissue paper, velour or organza pouches, tape and PayPal fees. PayPal fees are charged on the entire amount including shipping.
• We offer combined shipping discounts.  We will charge you the shipping price for the first item and a smaller charge for each additional item. Please see "Shipping and Payments" under photo for detailed information for each item. Please ask for a combined shipping invoice prior to payment if the amount charged for shipping seems incorrect.
• All orders will be sent within 3 business days after your PayPal payment is received. Your shipping address in your PayPal payment will be used. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. Items will not be refunded if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like it to be sent out again to the correct address. If the original item returns, it will be refunded less shipping charges.
• Shipping to US addresses takes approx. 6-12 business days. Shipping to Canadian addresses takes 4 to 7 business days.
• Please note that customs delays may happen from time to time therefore delivery times are not guaranteed. 
• All packages in Canada are sent by Canada Post Expedited with tracking. All packages to the US are sent by regular parcel post without tracking. If you would like tracking, please contact me.
• International shipping requires additional time and will take longer for your items to arrive at it's final destination. If you have not received your payment within 30 business days, please contact us.
• International buyers, please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

TERMS

• Please read all of our terms and conditions before you place a bid or purchase our items.  If you don't agree to any of the terms or conditions as stated, please do not bid or buy.
• Once you purchase an item with the "Buy It Now" button, you are committing to purchasing the item and are expected to pay.
• All of my items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Please email me within 7 days of receiving the item for replacement or refund should there be any defect found with your order.
• Return item must be packed with protective packaging and should not show any sign of abuse or intentional damage and returned in the box it was sent to you in. Buyer will have to pay return shipping expenses.
• All items sold to Canadian addresses will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
