This is a stellar museum size and museum quality specimen from the celebrated find at Dalnegorsk in 2007.  The red color is phenomenal and unique, and has the characteristic small white quartz secondary coatings here and there, with radiating sprays of sharp, thin red prisms sticking straight up. The display completely covers the sphalerite matrix.  These specimens have become so rare that they are only available when a private collection is dispersed. Such specimens are usually full of breaks and damage, but this one is in great condition with superb aesthetics, and only a few incomplete crystals.
