All merchandise is new with tags, and has never been worn before or used as a sample. For protection of the garments we sell, all apparel items are neatly folded and individually wrapped in a plastic polybag.
Shipping and Sales Tax:
We ship within 1 business day of receiving your order. Next Business Day and Second Business Day shipping options are available at additional cost, and those orders must be received by 12 pm Central Time to be shipped the same day.
Illinois residents will be charged 8% sales tax.
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price, or exchange subject to availability, within 30 days of delivery. Refunds may only be issued to the PayPal account used for the original purchase of the merchandise. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items must be in the original plastic packaging and with the original tags still attached. All merchandise not in the original packaging may be subject to a $4.00 repackaging fee per item. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipping.
