To determine if your X-pole is the latest version please look at one of your XJoints

 

If your XJoint does not have Expand and Contract printed on it (pre 2014) please contact us we may be able to help.

  Choosing the correct length extension  

 

Before purchasing your X-pole it is essential that you measure the height of your ceiling.

 The standard X-Pole will extend to 2745mm/9 foot.

If your ceiling is higher than 2745mm/9 foot you will need to purchase one extension.

When using the height chart below please select the pole that matches the height of your ceiling

and note the size of the extensions required.

 

  Please note: It is advisable not to use more than two extensions. Using more than two extensions could make your X-Pole unstable. 

 

 

Please note the standard X-Pole kit includes two extensions 125mm and 250mm.

 Also included are three XJoints.

If you purchase an extension when you order your X-Pole the extension will be shipped free of charge.
