UK Buyers. Because all our items are "Free Postage" ebay software only allows us to refund any postage we have saved due to combined multi-purchases after the item has been paid for. Generally, we use any saved postage to send the combined parcel by "signed for" postage method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery using the extra items postage discount to pay for the recorded delivery or indeed by Royal Mail "Next Day Guaranteed" using all the accrued combined postage discounts if there is sufficient combined postage discount.

Non-UK buyers. Because we do not have free postage for our international mail and the Royal Mail's pricing structure is very different for international postage our pricing structure for that mail is also different. Please see posting details at the end of this listing for international postage prices.

"Lost in the post" items are not resent unless posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Next Day Guaranteed services. Of course we respect the buyers right to make a claim via ebay Resolution Centre or Paypal for a full refund of all monies paid.

GOODS AND POSTING GUARANTEES.
We post your item the same working day of receiving your payment if received before 3pm. (we are always closed Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays). If you do not receive your item after 3 working days of receiving by e-mail our "payment received” notification please phone Stuart between 10.00am & 4.00pm Mon. to Fri. on 01924 380614.
Unlike most other sellers, if you return your item for whatever reason with 14 days of receipt , a refund is always given for the full selling price including postage and whether that return is for a replacement or a refund, we will pay for the return postage equivalent to the postage service you requested for deliver of the item to yourself. With regard to damaged items we may ask for a scan or photo of the damage to save time and money replacing the item.
Under the distance selling Regulations most "Buy it Now" UK & EU buyers have a legal right within seven days to cancel the sale and if they have received the item to return it to the seller if it is in the same condition as the buyer received the item. We allow fourteen days for that return.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment by post using cheque or postal order when we do not wait for your check to clear and by on-line payments using either PAYPAL or NOCHEX where we are not informed of any details regarding either your debit card, credit card or bank account. What's more you can pay by PAYPAL or NOCHEX using your debit or credit card without having to open a PAYPAL or NOCHEX account.

When paying by credit card using Paypal make sure that Paypal does not require you to pay using Paypal echeques as this can take up to 10 days to clear. In such circumstances we suggest you use Nochex instead which clears immediately no matter how you pay.
