We ship domestically by UPS, FedEx Ground and USPS. International shipments are normally shipped by either FedEx or USPS International Mail.

In all our years in the business, we've found that the overwhelming (somewhere above 99%) reason for returns is improper sizing. This costs a great deal of time, money and aggravation for both us and our customers. The saddest part is that it can be almost totally eliminated, if customers look at our specific size charts, for a given item, and follow the measuring instructions provided. Please use our size charts and instruction when ordering. If you feel you have a special situation, then simply contact us and we'll be glad to help get you the best possible fit. If you need a large but order a medium, you can send it back and exchange it at no charge. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges in both directions. At today's high cost shipping rates, that will cancel out a great deal of the savings you received by ordering online. Follow the measuring instructions, apply them to the specific size chart AND contact us if you have a question. Do this and you will virtually eliminate returns.

As previously stated, we strive for 100% satisfaction on all orders. However, in the rare occasion you receive a defective product or something different than what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange, including all shipping charges. Simply contact us within 5 days of delivery for an RMA number and return the item within the 30 day authorization period. Returns must be in original packaging, including tags and be in new condition. If the International Biker Mall receives your return in a damaged or soiled condition or missing the original packaging, or with tags removed the item will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

The International Biker Mall is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.

Restocking fees: All items, except those returned because of manufacturing defects, those exchanged for different sizes, or International Biker Mall error e.g., wrong item shipped etc., are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges, both initial and return, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Again, you must obtain an RMA number from us within 5 days of receiving your order and return the item within the 30 day authorization period. In the case of items purchased with Free Shipping actual shipping charges for the order will be deducted from your refund.
