Offered is a vintage art glass hand blown glass ashtray with infused gold flecks. The ashtray has the characteristics of Murano art glass. There are three folded glass cigarette rests on the rim.  This item might be technically classed as an ashtray, but it would also make a fabulous decorative bowl or dish - a worthy addition to any art glass collection.  It has no nicks, chips or breaks.  It is 5-3/4” in diameter at the rim and 2” deep. The base is flat and polished.

While ashtrays have gone out of style for their original purpose, they can be recycled into lots of other uses. Most often I see them with collections of paper clips, pins, or loose change.
