Delivery Options & Prices
To make sure your goods arrive in time for your party please allow 5 working days if selecting Free Delivery.
1. Second Class Royal Mail - Free
2. First Class Royal Mail - available for a small charge see postage for rates using Royal Mail.
3. Next Day Express Delivery (UK Postcodes only)
£7.95 Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (orders must be received before 12pm to guarantee delivery the next working day).
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be despatched on the next working day (Monday). Unfortunately they will miss the post cut off..
Overseas Delivery
We will happily post items overseas and all our items are available with tracked postage.
Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service and you should allow at least 10 working days for delivery - £11.95
Express Overseas Delivery
We will ship items by Worldwide courier if you need you items in a hurry, please contact us for details at the time of placing your order.
Large & International Orders
Occasionally large, heavy orders delivered in/outside of the UK may fall outside of the above delivery charges and will need to be sent by courier therefore additional delivery charges may apply. You will be advised of any additional charges at the time of placing your order.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If however you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods, or our service, please let us know and we will try our best to sort any issue. If you do return an item, please within 14 days. We will issue you with a refund or replacement items as preferred. Please note, all goods must be returned in their original condition with the packaging intact, unless the item has been found to be faulty.
If the items delivered were incorrect or faulty we will be happy to refund return postage and arrange an immediate replacement. If however you have changed your mind about the goods and simply wish to return them, the return postage costs are non-refundable.

We recently moved into our new Boutique store located in The Ellesmere Shopping Centre, Walkden Town Centre, Salford, Manchester.
