Please note, this is a discontinued, new old stock item. That means the item is new in package, but has been stored for a long length of time, perhaps up to ten years. The battery is no longer working in this item, as such, I cut open the package and replace the battery before shipping this to you. This also gives me an opportunity to check for battery corrosion, as this can potentially occur when an item is stored with an installed battery for a long period of time. I will accept returns on the item for any reason if I am able to inspect the battery compartment and replace the battery prior to shipment.
That being said, I have sold dozens of these without issue. The Oral-B Hummingbird is a great product.
